Joinery and glazing:
- Bathroom window: PVC tilt-and-turn, triple-glazed.
- Bedroom bay window: PVC, triple-glazed.
- Dining room bay window: Aluminum, double-glazed, reinforced seal when closed.
- Fixed frame: Glass that meets burglar-proof standards.
- Entrance door: Very high quality.
Insulation and structure of our innovative houses:
- Exterior walls: 100 mm insulation in Polyurethane, similar to that used for industrial cold rooms (optimal insulation at 3°C).
- Ceiling: 100 mm polyurethane insulation.
- Roof: 40 mm thick polyurethane panels. The roof can be finished with tiles of various colors, or with slate pits, depending on local authority requirements.

- Complete Home Automation: Control system for lighting, electric shutters, and other electrical installations via remote control or smartphone.
- Hot Water Tank: 60-liter hot water tank with double tank, connected to the system.
- Daikin Heat Pump: High energy efficiency, commissioned by Daikin.
- Electric Shutters: Installed on the bedroom bay windows.
- Japanese Toilet: High quality, for optimal comfort.
- Shower Enclosure and Bathroom Vanity: Accompanied by a mirror and modern fittings.

- Kitchen units are not included, but the necessary electrical supplies and drainage are on standby, ready for future installation.

- Attic: A space with a ceiling height of 80 cm allowing for electrical connections for future extensions.
- Floor: Consists of two stacked floors with high-density insulation (90 mm) and protective felt. The finish is a high-quality floating floor, water-resistant and suitable for heavy traffic.
- Construction site monitoring: Detailed specifications, drafted and monitored by me, will be validated by an inspector who will also ensure the necessary permits are obtained from the local authorities.
- Heat pump commissioning: Daikin will handle commissioning and provide annual maintenance.
Delivery and construction times:
- Delivery time for materials and polyurethane panels: Approximately 6 weeks.
- Construction time: Approximately 2 months for complete construction of the house.
