Welcome to the website Les Maisons de Camille, specializing in the construction of modern and energy-efficient houses. We offer innovative homes adapted to the strictest energy standards, thanks to the use of polyurethane panels.

Our buildings are available in several configurations, 20m² (without planning permission) 45m² and 60 m², fully furnished and ready to live in. It is also possible to add a 20 m² extension to each module to enlarge your space according to your needs.

Each house is equipped with a Daikin heat pump, a cumulus, all lighting and quality sanitary facilities. We have chosen high-performance materials to offer our customers optimal comfort while guaranteeing excellent energy efficiency.

Each home is equipped with a home automation system allowing you to fully enjoy optimal comfort.

Technical details:

• Structure and insulation: The structure is composed of 100mm polyurethane panels and 40mm partition walls, which provide exemplary thermal insulation, guaranteeing minimized energy consumption.
• Windows and joinery: Triple-glazed joinery provides maximum thermal insulation. The aluminum bay window is equipped with a downward closure for greater sealing.
• Amenities: Each house is delivered with a heat pump, a water heater, Japanese toilets, a shower cubicle as well as aluminum roller shutters, electric
